School Form - Conditional Statements Merged

It would be great if we could have conditional statements (yes/no response triggers a text box) for the Blank Form for school forms.

    This seems like such a no brainer! If then statements need to be available throughout the system on forms and especially contracts!

    This request isn't regarding the same set of forms: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OB-I-3

    But the functionality should exist in all forms throughout the platform.
