This has been a nightmare for us. The upload needs to be directly to the student's medical portal, not through a school medical form. The nurse also needs the option to upload the forms that parents drop off or mail in.

This is great, but what we are finding is there isn't a way to see when a file is uploaded unless you go into 1000 student records and pull down the carot to see if they uploaded a form in the medical form :((. We need some type of alert and also a way to filter for the uploads added by parents. Thank you in advance.

Exciting!!When will the Nurse be able to upload the documents? We've collected a ton of paperwork, via email and fax for this upcoming school year and hate to ask parents to now complete a form and upload the documents they've already sent us?

As of 7/14 there is a new uploads block on medical forms that are visible to the nurse.

Yes, please!! This is a great idea. Would also be great if doing so would fill in the box for the date the physical was uploaded for Athletic Clearance. 

It is frustrating that BB does not yet allow parents to upload  a pdf of their child's physician's report. This is a BASIC element of a student's medical profile. I hope this is added to "under consideration" SOON!! 

I'm new to BB , one month, and I immediately asked how to upload documents. This option is available in the allergy section. This discussion was started in 2015. BB why has this not been implemented?

This is vital to our practice as nurses. I really like the Nurses' Office as a simple but effective entrance to EHR for our school, but still keep and refer to paper files for all signed documents. The ability for parents and nurses to upload physicals, doctor notes, immunizations is important.

Why can't we implement this idea. So many schools are in need of this option and it will keep our records current under each student. Eliminates paper file. Can you update us on why this important idea not yet implemented. This is a system wide problem, which needs to be fixed. We need the ability to upload file or multiple files for student records.

This would be great for immunization records too.

I agree completely that we should be able to upload the checkup form that families email us or bring. Having to print out a physical copy is not ecological, HIPPA compliant (unless they are completely locked up somewhere) or time effective. This seems like an easy fix.

It would be nice to upload it an allow us to apply a date field and have a notification fire off a few months before it is due so that parents can set up appointments. If the physical is date is current it should be an item that automatically checks that athletic clearance item. Currently we are having to re enter data we already have every year. 

Medical should be paperless. Allow parents to fill out forms and upload files.

Also, please allow for the uploading of athletic physicals

yes this would be quite helpful. a place for to upload physicals, doctor notes and then be able to print them if necessary would be so helpful
