There are other ideas out there about ways to manage the "submitted","started", and "not started" groups in school forms. It would also be great if we could build lists based on these forms, so you could, for example:
• Get a list of all/particular students with a particular form NOT assigned
• Get contact information for all parents who have un-submitted forms
• Get a complete list of forms and all regarding/recipients.
It would ALSO be great if we could pull information out of the forms so we could make custom exports of them, but I understand that might be beyond the scope of lists.
I did say this was implemented, but is really isn't. There is some information in advanced lists, but not much.
Still not implemented. I just had a chat with a Blackbaud customer service rep who said this is not possible but directed me here making it sound like it was in the works. Doesn't look like it is.
This is NOT implemented yet but would be very useful additions.
