Conduct notifications - more granular control over recipients

We have a number of Advisor types (e.g. Counsellor, Homeroom, Boarding, etc), not all of whom should be emailed with Conduct notifications. It would be helpful if we could select by Role types instead of just by Role for viewing and receiving notifications for Conduct infractions.

Can I just say that it is great to be able to issue conduct violations but if the teacher who has charge over the student does not get notified that another person on staff has issued an infraction what good is the tool? We need the ability to target notifications.

Would like the ability to send to the 'Reporter' as well.

Need to be able to filter notifications by division or grade level at a minimum

Having the ability to select multiple teachers from a dropdown menu would also be helpful.

Under the primary Advisor role and since we are being advised by BBK12 support to use the Advisor role for other functionality, it would be great to have granular options listed.  Could this be pulled from the different advisory groups that we have created and are using? or could we have enough control to enter them ourselves?  A checkbox in front of each type of Advisory would enable us to send ONLY to those people to whom it applies.  Having the ability to add an email address or name of someone else on campus would also make this more useful to us.

We would like an option to select recipients so that we can pick and choose which teachers need to be notified of the infraction

Can these other roles be under a category called Student Support and leave Advisors for advisors in an advisory program?

We too use the Advisor role for a multitude of people who "advise" students (College Counselors, Student Support, etc.). We do not need ALL these folks to receive notification.  Is it possible to CLONE the Advisor role for these folks and turn off tasks so that they don't get conduct notifications? Would it be possible to add the same type of Send Communication To functionality that is available to teachers and coaches to the Conduct module? Conduct managers, students, parents could still receive notification through the system, but we could send notification to the student's academic advisor using the email functionality. Granted it is a two-step process, but it beats getting complaints from 50 people that they are receiving multiple notifications that are not relevant to their role as say a College Counselor or member of the Health Team.

Regarding the comment below, if I understand it correctly, you can filter by division for conduct managers - In Core > Settings > Manage Roles > Choose Conduct Manger > members > choose filter on the right (see attached)

Also should be able to filter by school division so lower school conduct managers don't get notification for upper school infractions. This is a basic filter.
