There is not a lot of consistency when moving from one area of onRecord to another. On some screens, you select what you want and it loads. On others, you select and hit Enter. On still others, you have to click the View button (i.e. when viewing/editing Grade Plans). I understand not having that automatically switch, but being able to use the Enter key to make your selection active would be very convenient.
