There should be an option to display a grade differently on the report card and the transcript, e.g. letter on one, whole number on the other.

College admissions offices want to see a numerical value for grades, but having parents and students see numbers is confusing to them if they are not familiar with the letter equivalents to the numerical values. Currently, the display has to be the same on both transcript and report card. A huge issue is also that the display shows DECIMALS and if we change it to a whole number, the rounding is then done incorrectly. So, we are forced to show 2 decimal places in order to have the calculations rounded correctly.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.  We are hard at work on the transcript builder and hope to have an EAP later this year.
