New Report Card Single Semester Course Final Grade needs to also Display in Final Grade column

New Report Card Single Semester Course Final Grade needs to also Display in Final Grade column. Both the old report card and transcript AND the NEW Transcript works correctly, but the new report card will not pull the single semester grade to the Final Year Grade column.

Same as K12OR-I-1945. This must be fixed. It is not logical and poses issues for student college apps.
