There are two tiny icons on the Custom Questions Editor. When you hover your mouse over the icons, there are no popups that advise what they are for. It would be very helpful if the icons said SAVE and DELETE, so that you were inclined to select it after entering the question. And it would be very helpful to have a warning or alert that asks if all the questions were saved, since you need to select the green icon after each question is entered.
