Our invoices currently have 3 pages. The Terms/Conditions are on the second page. The breakdown of the total is on the last page. Several parents have reached out asking for a breakdown of the total because they scroll to the second page, see the terms/conditions and assume that's the last page. They reach out to me for the breakdown and I let them know it is on the last page of the invoice. My suggestion is to simply have the terms/conditions be the last page of the invoice with the pertinent information on pages 1 and 2.
Recent changes to our terms and conditions have allowed us to change to have a link/URL to the T&Cs rather than display them on the invoices. This has allowed us to update the invoices to have all the family data fix on a single front and back printed page.
please fix this! terms & conditions should be last. The whole invoice could use a revamp, but moving the pages around would be a start. thanks!
This seems like it would be an easy fix. It does not make sense that it is in that order.
Many parents email that they don't see the breakdown for the invoice. They assume the invoice ends with the terms and conditions, and do not continue to the third page. Please reorganize the pages.
