Currently there is no email confirmation to families when mailed checks or wire payments are posted. This is inconsistent with the other payment types, and causes extra work for families and schools that are looking to validate when a payment has been posted.
This information should be easily accessible to parents and the school. We shouldn't have to click several different places to get the date, payment amount, what the payment allocation, etc.
Emailed receipts are also missing for phone payments made through the automated (IVR) system.
