It would be so very useful for the system to track if a user has received and/or opened an email invoice reminder. So many of our parents claim they aren't receiving the notifications and there isn't a way for us to prove to them that one was sent. We go out of our way to tell them about the Safe Sender Contact list in multiple ways, but inevitably the emails either go to their spam folder or off into the ether without a way for us to watch for those parents who aren't opening the messages.
