Ability to re-send messages (receipts) from Communication History

Currently, we have the ability to re-send a welcome letter, but not other communication such as receipts for in school payments. I would like to see this feature added to avoid the need to use the 'Email Parents' option, which is in a separate menu.

      It would also be nice to email an updated Welcome Email, if changes were made to the account.
