If the family only has a Cell number ( or international number ) on file, they cannot use the re-set username feature of the parent site. Entering Cell/ International number should work as the primary number for this re-set feature because it otherwise the family is stuck unable to re-set their username.
Option 1: During enrollment the Cell/ international number default as the primary if no primary is entered.
Option 2 : The re-set username feature is changed to allow any of the phone number categories to ( Primary/ Cell/ International) to re-set the username.
