Topics: Add Organize option to Downloads
I would like to be able to label and sub-categorize downloads with in topics. Currently you can only add a download channel to a topic and you cannot label the channel, all you can do is simply add downloads.

Dropbox defaults to 0
When you select to enable DropBox on a Assignment it defaults to 0 files. I would like the system to default to 1 or give a warning letting you know that 0 means that the students cannot submit via dropbox.
