Allow messaging to be restricted by personna type.
We don't want messaging for students without some tracking, but we do need messaging among staff! Or make official notes available as a staff-to-staff option.1

I would love to be able to view only the unread official notes. Sometimes, I'm caught up with recent ones, but have some old ones that I missed and it's very tedious to scroll and scroll and scroll to find the unread ones!1

Our monitoring team would like to receive an email whenever a comment is created and waiting for them to approve. That way they would not need to keep checking onRecord > Approval > Comments to see if any comments are waiting to be approved.4
