Add "View All Unread" to Official Notes
Currently the number of unread can easily exceed the number of Official Notes displayed in the list by default. It would be nice to have an option to "View All Unread", instead of having to hunt for unread notes using a date range.0

I would like to allow Parents of Alumni/Past Parents to view/download their children's Official Notes.
This would be helpful as they can currently download Grade Information and we would like to see this option available as well.0

Let senders and reviewers choose specific teachers as recipients of Official Notes emails, rather than emails going to all teachers for a student.

Be able to re-index official notes
We would love to have the ability to re-index older official notes in order to clean up the notes we currently have. If we create a new category and want to assign an older note to the new category, the current function doesn't allow this.0

When we send out an Official Note, we would like to be able to not include the student on the communication, but still retain a record of it in their record.
