This is my third attempt to suggest that individual family Billed & Paid reports could be pulled directly from the families account. Thank you for your consideration.1

Details of billing export items
We need to be able to see/report the details of the NXT billing export. We now can only see the account posting summary not a list of the items included. This would be very helpful in reconciling our tuition receivable account.0

Reports that don't refresh until the next day should be identified
If I add fees or discounts to an account they are incorporated into the Aging report immediately but won't show up on the AR Balance account until the next day. There is no warning or indication when you run the report that it won't be accurate.0

Ability to print an actual "statement" with both billing detail and payments for the entire school year in one document
When parents print off the "statement" they cannot see the details behind the "billed" items in print. It would be great if this was an actual statement with all account detail visible in one document.0
