Add User ID to Candidates Record in onBoard

I would like to add the Candidates User ID in onBoard as when we have duplicates it would be easier to see which user to delete by User ID vs now we have to see what "fields" have different data in order to delete.

Improved navigation between Gradebook and Discussions

Clicking on the Discussion Assignment Column in GRADEBOOK should take you to the completed Discussion(not to the assignment details—the completed discussion). This would remove several steps of finding and grading the discussion.

Report/List or Export from an Application for Financial Aid Requested

I would like the ability to see if a candidate has the "*Applying for Financial Aid" option marked as Yes/No. I want a comparison between whether or not the candidates have marked it Yes/No in the Application and to run an excel document with that.
