Change the default page for parents of accepted candidate to the decision page
After the school has accepted a candidate and generated a contract for the candidate, it would be helpful to be able to change the start page for those parents to the tab for them to accept or decline.0

I would like to see the last date that an application has been worked on that has not yet been submitted.
This way we would be able to decipher a more "real" application from someone less serious and follow up accordingly. Otherwise the started apps and checklist requests can hang in the system forever.0
