Add more specific placeholder options for communications and official notes, such as pronouns, titles, checklist steps, ect.
Please add more specific placeholders to address users outside the system in a more professional way. Such as pronoun options, or job title options. It would be great to make this so that the requestor could fill those fields out.3

Ability for parents to upload school physicals, and for Nurse to track missing ones
