I would like the label tag on the Search widget to encompass the search box so that it is read correctly by screen readers

Transfer grades input - allow courses to be deleted from the course equivalent list
The drop-down menu of courses that can be used as a course equivalent includes historic and duplicate courses, but this list cannot be winnowed down in any way. Any course that has been used before is on the list.0
