New year opened
Blackbaud automatically opened next year. Now when I log in, it automatically defaults to the next year, which we won't need for another 6 months for reenrollment. We should have control in our settings, which year we want our screen to default to.1

When a family has two active accounts, one for present year and one for next year, have a pop-up or some other OBVIOUS message to be sure they apply the payment to the correct year.
It is a real hassle to sort it out later! And, I had over 10 families who got payments in the incorrect year, even though I warned them to watch to select the correct year.1 Planned
