Log ALL Family Emails Sent to BBTM Family Accounts

If there is an incident or if an email blast needs to be sent out to ALL BBTM families the emails are sent out via a separate tool and not through the main BBTM website via the Email Parents tool. This means that the emails are not logged to family accounts under Communications History and the schools cannot see them/reference them, if needed. This is a request to log ALL family emails that are sent out to BBTM family accounts.
