Under publishing assignments, all courses with that name should not be selected by default. It should only be the course that teacher teaches that is selected by default.
It certainly does not make sense that a teacher would by default assign to other teachers' classes....it is the opposite, by default they assign to their own and may need to assign to others (thereby selecting those courses)0
