Transfer grades input - allow courses to be deleted from the course equivalent list
The drop-down menu of courses that can be used as a course equivalent includes historic and duplicate courses, but this list cannot be winnowed down in any way. Any course that has been used before is on the list.0

Transcript builder import capability
