Reply to Inbox notification from email

I have had a few people, mostly faculty with a few parents, ask for the ability to respond to an inbox message via email if they get the notification via email. I realize this is not an easy thing to accomplish but wanted to pass it on :)

I would like consistency on when Name and Nickname are used

Presently many location list a users name as First "Nickname" Last, but some location, such as their contact card list it as Nickname Last. I would like all locations that list users names to match a consistent pattern.

Ability to export user photos

We would like to be able to export user photos so that we can import them into other software. At this time, we can only get a list with the file names, and that isn't helpful in this scenario.

Add auto-formatting for phone number entries

Directory should update immediately

Currently, changes made to the directory take overnight to update. This should not be the case. The directory should immediately update the information when something is adjusted.
