Remove "points" column headers when grade calculation is set to "percentage"
When a teacher selects "percentage" as their calculation method, the "points earned" and "points possible" headers still show, but are blank. This is confusing to parents and should be hidden in this case.0

Ability to grant Grade Access by Grade Level (currently done by School Level)
