For Enrollment Contracts, please add the option to deduct the Deposit amount from the 'Tuition/Required Fees/Optional Fees' amount.

Enable checklist bulk update to Requested
Since "Requested" is a checklist option, you should be able to bulk update a checklist to requested but currently only waived and complete are allowed because those complete the checklist step0
