The last step in submitting an enrollment contract is for the signor to click on a box that reads 'thank you'. this is not intuitive and can be changed to words such as 'submit' or 'finish' to clearly indicate that the button must be clicked to submit the contract. We've had to guide dozens of families through this step as they had all thought they were finished once they saw the words 'thank you'.
This is still an issue. Parents do need to click the Thank You button for the contract to process.
Hi Stephanie, the user does not need to click on the thank you button for the contract to be submitted. If they have made it to the page with the thank you, the contract has already been submitted. If you are experiencing otherwise, that would be considered a bug and should be reported to support.
