Notifications are not being sent out

I would like it if notifications still went out from course pages after the school year comes to an end.

Sharing Content Between Courses

I would like for teachers to be able to easily share content between courses (downloads, news, etc.). Currently teachers can share assignments, but not topics or content from the bulletin board.

Enhancement Request - Overtime Checkbox on Scoreboard

I would like to have an OT checkbox added next to the scores section on the scoreboard to indicate that a Win-Loss-Tie happened in Overtime.

Topics from Year to Year Question

When a topic that is imported is changed in the current year, it changes it in past years, as well. I would like these topics to be "archived" and left unchanged from year to year.

Online submissions - JPG downloads, does not open in new window

Is it possible to get it so that when teachers click on a JPG that has been uploaded that it will open the graphic in a new window instead of just downloading the file? Prior to Online Annotation the file previous displayed in a new window.
