I would like to be able to hide access to student records

I would like to hide transcripts from certain students. One reason I want to do this is because of unpaid tuition.

Transcripts and various other options can be hidden from students using the Holds functionality. This can be found under Academics > Communications > Holds.

yes, but they still need to access their assignments, and this would lock their whole account I believe??
