Print Blank School Forms

I would like the ability to be able to print and/or save as PDFs blank versions of School Forms.  This way they can be approved by various constituents in the School before being sent to parents and students and more easily proofread

This is still an issue for our school! We need to be able to print blank school forms for several reasons. 1- We have to submit them to our accrediting body annually. 2- We have parents who do not have access to fill out online forms. 3- We would be able to improve our internal school information processes. Please make this a priority!

I run into this issue every single year when we need to share the forms for yearly updates and it is very disheartening that after nine years, what seems like should be a simple update that greatly increases usability, has still not been implemented.

We want teachers and administration to see the forms going out to families in case they need to answer a question. The easiest way to do this would be to send it in a pdf format so they do a quick review.

Would like to add my voice/vote for being able to print blank versions of school forms. Sad to read this request has been out there for so long with no apparent movement forward................................

This Idea is nearly 6 years old. This should have been addressed by now- please look into creating the ability to print blank forms, it is very much essential.

Agreed, this is essential and sorely needed. Unfortunately this is another idea with 50 something votes and has been around for FIVE Years. I dread back-to-school form season every year because I have to go through this. Sharing a blank form with admin for approval is PAINFUL. Blackbaud, PLEASE help.

It would also be beneficial if 'Pat and Sue Whipple' were removed from the example names so when a form is printed (if for example a form needs to be filled out by hand which we have been experiencing with the COVID-19 school closure) families/parents are able to write their name in without crossing out the example names.

Hi Lynda, we sure do! When we're ready to make enhancements and changes to our products one of the first steps we take is checking out the community to see what ideas we have that are getting a lot of votes, in fact we've closed thousands of votes this year alone. I happen to be the product manager that handles school forms. We're currently working on a number of high priority initiatives, but I promise I haven't forgotten school forms and hope to circle back around soon. In the mean time I hope you'll keep voting and keeping an eye out for all the the ideas that we'll be implementing in upcoming initiatives.

    thank you!

This is a great idea and has received quite a bit of support. Does Blackbaud ever respond to these suggestions??

Lack of this function forces us to duplicate work, creating forms outside the system and adding confusion as to which forms should be used.

    Essential and important!

Or if there was a way to send a preview to a teacher/coach etc. to view for approval
