Give Parents the ability to view Financial Aid awards on their students view page

I would like a tab added on a students view page (seen by parents) that is for Financial Aid.  This way parents can see any Financial Aid awarded to a student.  Similar to the Conduct Tab.

    This would be immensely helpful and make sense since "publish date" is an option on the financial aid form. The timing of when our contracts are available and when we do financial aid decisions just doesn't quite align.

    I would also say it should be viewable, similar to how DECISIONS can be set to appear at date and time.  Presenting the Financial Aid Awards at the time our incoming students are accepted makes an incredible amount of sense, and would most likely impact their decision.
