When exporting school forms to csv, column headers are currently generated by the system in a format that is not very human-readable. I would like to be able to define the output headers while I'm creating the form.

This could be done by adding a setting (gear icon) with an attribute for "Header name for CSV output" or something similar. This would make the export function much easier to use.
