Set up functionality so that when someone wants to update their profile on their contact card that information needs to go through an approval process before going live. Perhaps adding a new option in Profile Fields like "No, View, Audit, Edit" to add a layer of security in the changes made.
Yes- an admin review option would allow us to give edit access more broadly.
Yes, we are encountering the occasional issue that a user with edit privileges may DELETE a field that we want (address/email/phone). Since the system doesn't REQUIRE these fields, having at least a monitoring option would be good.
Agreed! We want to be able to produce a list of what changes were made to user profiles and when...right now the only place to even get this information in aggregate is in Handle Profile Changes.
We just want to be able to set up a query on profile field changes like address and phone number by role and date, but have been told this is not currently possible.
