Edit Profile Fields - But do not delete

I would like an option for profile to allow user to Edit but not Remove/Delete the information currently, "Edit" also allows the users to delete the information completely. I would like them to make their own updates, but not remove the information.

    Allowing parents to delete their addresses, phone, and digital information causes their sharing link to be severed and any new info entered is not shared. Preventing deletes is the right answer; it will save us time correcting these issues and remove confusion for the parents
