Emergency Contact changes not displayed in Handle Profile Changes

I would like to be able to Handle Profile Changes/Profile Changes, to also track changes to Emergency Contracts. We need to be able to track when these changes are made, so they can update the information in other places

    Can you please make this happen?  We rely on the profile change report and with this not being added here, it puts us in a bind.
