Add support for misc file upload type of .stmx used by Stella.
Stella version 10 uses the new extension or .stmx. Given Stella version 9 files (.stm) are already support it makes sense to extend support to the new file type.
Assuming this is referring to the upload in assignment submissions, you should be all set in November. We are adding a long list of file types that are supported. Thank you for your patience!
