We currently allow parents of alumni access to the App and the Parent Personae displays initially, by default. Currently, Parents of Alumni click the Resources tab, it displays a blank page. Feels like there should be something there, but it is legitimately blank, because Resource boards of course do not include the Alumni parents role. So, it follows, that if a Role is not included in Resources, the Resources tab should programmatically become hidden, so there is no confusion.
