Administrators with a certain role -- Platform Manager or Resource Board Manager, for example -- should be able to easily view all resource boards as they appear to each constituency. While we currently can go into Core > Resource Boards > each constituency, those are not displaying in the exact view the constituent experiences when logged in, and I find ours are bogged down with disabled or expired tiles. If we could eliminate a couple steps to see these boards -- and possibly open Faculty up to see both Parent and Student boards -- I feel like we could manage the boards more successfully.

On Podium with Portals, we had a similar functionality and it was helpful just to easily swap to another portal to check on all the posted materials.
