Don't know if this is a browser (Safari) limitation, but I've seen it happen in Firefox, too: I can be logged in to my own school's "on" presence, www.blackbaud.com, AND the Blackbaud community, and still not be able to authenticate into the "Ideas" portal when I click a link to an Idea from my email, the Community forums or an "on" support chat session.
I'm taken to the Idea as though I'm not logged in. Where the Ideas pages should show my name & account info (meaning I'm logged in), they instead show "Log In/Sign Up" with the "identify yourself with your email address" field displayed below. And when I type in my email address and click "Next", nothing happens.
Don't know if this is a cookies issue, a browser issue, or what, but it's really frustrating. I can't vote on a good idea when I see it referenced in one of the locations I list here.
I can verify that I'm not in Private Browsing mode or blocking cookies. What's going on?
I bet you'd get a lot more people voting on Ideas if this was addressed. I'd imagine I'm not the only one it's happening to.
