Add directions to release notes

Release notes are wonderful and crucial for learning of enhancements to the products; however, they could be even more helpful if they included some directions, or links to directions in the Knowledgebase, for those of us who manage all of the settings in the system. For example, with the July 26 release of 12.08, Change Class Attendance After Submission is a very helpful and oft requested enhancement, but for it to be used, Record Method need to be modified through Settings > Attendance in onRecord. These types of things should be mentioned in the release notes so managers know where they need to go immediately to implement changes if desired.

I would suggest something along the lines of:

Recording and modifying attendance has never been easier. Now, approved teachers can modify submitted attendance entries to account for late student arrivals. Change absences into tardies without the need of an Attendance manager. Attendance managers can further configure settings to refine exactly which Attendance Reasons can be modified by teachers. Approved teachers will see the View Attendance button transition into Edit Attendance after attendance has been submitted. Additionally, teachers may be allowed to Cancel Class.
