Place "Files & Forms" in Student Information

I would like for Advisors, Teachers, etc. to more easily view school forms for students in a screen similar to "Files & Forms" under Core.  This would be a great tab to add to the Directory view next to Official Notes, Contact Card, Progress, Schedule, etc.

    We need the ability for teachers to track school forms that are related to field trips that they are leading. It would relieve a lot of pressure on our admin assistants and remove the barrage of emails going back and forth as trips get close to leaving. I would prefer to not have to clone a manager role to make this happen.
