Currently, we use the medical form for parents to enter student's necessary medical informaiton into their profile every year.  However, they get an error if something was changed or added during the previous year, and the information cannot be overridden.  I think this is very unhelpful, and they whatever the parent enters on the form for the new school year should override the previous year's information.  This is the purpose of using the form.  I have many parents getting an error for which there is no solution except for you to correct this form.  The parent should have the first rite and all of the medical info they want to change or add should definitely override what was currently there.  Removing the parent as a recipient of this form for a student, then re-adding them is not a solution, and they still get the same validation error because the information cannot be overridden.
