Rather than forcing RE users to spend hours cleaning up their tables and editing employment and education information for parents that have entered their own content via application of self update, allow individuals in CORE to select their profession, industry, school, degree type, etc. from a pre-designated table (like the ones already established in RE) and if none of the fields are relevant THEN allow them to create their own option.
Yes to this! Now that Core > Settings > School Information > Organizations has the ability to track schools, why wouldn't the User Education table reference this?
