Currently the Scheduling Manager can see the Course Request Tally report only from the Scheduling Overview Reports dropdown, but it would be very helpful to allow advisors and administrators to see this report when planning teacher lines and numbers of sections for the upcoming school year. We don't want to grant them all the Scheduling Manager role.

The other option would be to add it to the reports that show in Analysys>Reports - it should also be sure to factor in course for "Any Term" as well as specific terms requested, so we know overall numbers of requests for the school year.
