Profiles in Core have an option for "Is Latino/Hispanic" but this currently does not appear on the User Profile Update block of the Profile Updates form (the Ethnicity drop down does appear). The only place I can see to capture this info is on an Application form during the Admissions process, but there is no way for a parent to update it or add it after the fact, unless the Platform Manager goes in and updates it manually. Please add this!
