Add Forced Copy of Gdoc to Google Assignment LTI

The main feature that teachers request be added to the Google Assignment LTI is the option to share a template or forced copy version of a Google Document.

This feature is heavily used in Google Classroom and other LMS versions of the Google Assignments LTI.

    The would be great feature! You can get around it for now by adding your file as a link and then removing "edit" from the end of the link and replacing it with "copy". That will force a copy to open.
