Teachers should not have to copy and paste an assignments due dates and total points between Blackbaud and Google Assignments. The two systems need to share all the Assignment Details entered into Blackbaud with the actual Google Assignment. Not only is it double the work for teachers, but if they unknowingly make a change in one system it leads to confusion for the students.
It would also be helpful if Google Assignments setup in one section would copy to other linked sections. And if we didn't have to click "Launch" every single time.
These extra steps are frustrating for teachers
This is so important! The LTI really isn't feasible for us without it.
Just trying to bring this back to the forefront. I have teachers who are finally on board with using these systems in the portal versus Google Classroom and these extra steps make them want to go back.
Being able to force a copy for students is very important for our teachers!
