I found out that when a student withdraws midyear, we have a problem with attendance on his/her report cards and transcripts. The attendance total is zero even though absenses exist. I was told by support this is because you can display dropped classes on report cards and transcripts but absenses don't get totaled. That seems odd. If I show the classes, I probably want to show the attendance totals too. I hope others agree.
